It's aah... something I developed. Well, Oscorp made the web fiber, but-- the shooters, that was me.

They attach at the wrist and shoot out microfibers developed with the same strength of a spider's web. One strand is enough to hold the weight of a 747 plane. Strong enough to wrap up a bad guy up or attach yourself to a rooftop and get down the street in half the time.
