The idea that no one would have a prejudice against him for who he was and what he was and that no one could hurt those closest to him for it wasn't exactly true here...

They attach at the wrist and shoot out microfibers developed with the same strength of a spider's web. One strand is enough to hold the weight of a 747 plane. Strong enough to wrap up a bad guy up or attach yourself to a rooftop and get down the street in half the time.
Pretty handy.

Date: 2012-08-04 03:46 am (UTC)In any case, I only ask about your combat experience on the chance that you end up in an altercation while working. Combat is not the primary function of this unit, but I like to know that my team members can defend themselves and others if necessary.
Now. Do you have any experience with natural disasters, attacks, or any other situation which has seen you functioning as a rescuer? I'm sure you know that the mindset for S&R is completely different from one more suited to battle.
